The AAPC CPB prep course must be completed within a 6 month period or less from date of purchase. Additional time extensions may be purchased for a monthly fee. Date of purchase is considered your course start date. After your order is processed you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access the course. The billing and software training course must be completed within a 1 year period or less from the date of purchase. There are no refunds once you have logged into either course.
